Georgia Sfakianaki is a member of our Firm’s consulting team since 2012. Her main practice area is banking, financial and commercial law and she provides legal advisory support services to banks, financial institutions, commercial companies and NPL servicers.

She participates in restructurings of companies and non-performing loans, through the judicial route, as well as on an extrajudicial level by legally assessing the available options and creating settlement and restructuring products.

Georgia is also specialized in the drafting of contracts of banking products and financing programmes, bond loan agreements and commercial contracts and provides legal advice on matters in relation to the existing legal framework governing credit and financial institutions.

Georgia is Jure’s consulting team coordinator.
