John is one of the founding partners of our Firm. He is an expert in all fields of corporate, banking and finance law and has a vast experience in advising on personal data protection issues, prior and post GDPR regulation.

He serves as the legal advisor of Hellenic Banks Association, since 1986, and as the legal counsel and member of the Board of Directors of Tiresias, since 1999, acting as president until 2012 and Data Protection Officer (DPO) of the Company, from 2018 to 2020. He acts as a member of the Board of Directors of credit and financial institutions such as factoring and leasing companies in Greece.

John has always been in the forefront of legal developments in his areas of practice and is regularly invited to participate in the consultation process of legislative acts and initiatives and in commercial & banking law conferences.
